Are you interested in joining the Bartlett Raiders Board of Directors?

We are a growing organization, and we are always looking for more volunteers to help us stay on this path and help run what we already have in place!

Our Board of Directors consists of 15 seated members voted on by our Raiders Community. Board members vote on specific topics brought up at Monthly meetings and are in charge of keeping the program running in all areas. Board members are Committee Heads for a variety of committees that are established within the organization.

Beginning with our 2023 Season, we are requesting that you complete 1 year as an Associate Board Member prior to running for the Board of Directors seat.

  • What is a Committee member?

    A Committee member will be a part of a specific group that is lead by one of our Board Members. You will assist with the committee you are a part of, and are free to help at other events, or at our home field on weekends.

  • What is an Associate Board member?

    An Associate Board Member is essentially a Board Member who does not have an official vote during our Monthly Board Meetings. Otherwise this role is expected to mirror a Board Member (attend monthly meetings, field duty on weekends, attend all Raiders events, Volunteer at events, pro-actively work to improve the organization). The intention is for this to lead to becoming a seated Board Member.
