Terms of Service (TOS)
The Bartlett Raiders Board of Directors has agreed upon the following terms of service; however these terms are subject to change without notice.
Each user is responsible for reading and agreeing to these terms of service, and abiding by them.
The sections of the site that include the ability to read, post, edit and delete all content in the discussion forums is strictly limited to authorized users of the site. Violation of the terms of service will result in the removal of content deemed inappropriate by the Administrators, at any time, and without warning. Violations may also result in the removal of the violator’s permission to remain a registered user of the entire site.
If you do not agree to the Terms of Service, or are unhappy with the terms, your only recourse is to stop using the web site and the discussion forums.
The following are the basic rules that must be followed by all members:
Be Polite, Be Honest, and Be Respectful of All Members. Remember that whatever you post can be read by all other members, so you should assume that everyone who has access to the site will read what you have posted.
The Bartlett Raiders discussion forums is a FAMILY ORIENTED discussion board, for the sole use of the registered users of the site, and for topics that are relevant to the Bartlett Raiders organization and appropriate for discussion here. The following additional Terms of Service are listed below:
The term “inappropriate content” will be defined as anything that the Raider’s Board feels is not suitable for the youngest potential reader of the material, which includes the children of the parents in the program. If a 6 year old child shouldn’t see it, then it’s inappropriate.
Only posts that relate to the Bartlett Raiders will be allowed. Any discussions that pertain to other topics will be removed without warning. Foul language, swearing, or any form of profanity is strictly prohibited, and will be removed without warning, and may result in the poster being removed from the Registered User list, revoking all registered user privileges.
The Bartlett Raiders TOS is subject to change, and will include any updates deemed necessary at any point in the future.
