On the gridiron, safety is paramount, and football helmets need proper reconditioning for optimal performance. While teams must recondition their helmets every other year, industry leader Riddell recommends annual service.
"Throughout the course of a season, helmets endure the rigors of football – practice, games, heat, sweat, scratches, lockers and damage to decals. To ensure proper safety, it’s important that helmets are inspected and tested in multiple ways, multiple times, including air liner tests and meticulous shell inspections," Riddell Vice President of Sales Kyle Borland said. Bartlett Raiders Youth Cheer & Football is a volunteer organization for youth football and cheerleading ages 5 to 14. As the largest football & cheer organization in Bartlett and the surrounding areas, we are dedicated to teaching fundamentals and proper techniques of tackle/flag football and cheerleading.
We strive to provide opportunities for all participants to develop individual skills and abilities while being a contributing member of a team. Our focus at the Bartlett Raiders is to provide a healthy way for our athletes and their families to build lasting friendships, great memories, and most importantly, to have fun!
